Coordination of the Field Assessment Preparation for Masters in Family Welfare Education Study Program

Penjamu FT UNY - The coordination of the field assessment preparation for the PKK Masters Program was carried out at Yogyakarta State University.

The quality assurance unit, faculty of engineering, Yogyakarta State University, coordinated the preparation of the field assessment of the PKK Masters study program on Thursday, March 2, 2023. The event, which was attended by the coordinators of the field assessment preparation of the PKK Masters study program, took place in the KPLT Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, starting at 08.00 until finished.

In the event, Dr. Umi Rochayati, MT, as Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, gave sever15 p.m.al important points related to the preparation of field assessments, including that the PKK Masters degree had fulfilled excellence based on simulations with Mr. Kastam. The field assessment will be carrinline (,ffline) and the reception at the rectorate will usually be held at night. The study program team will pick up the assessor at the hotel in the morning. The assessor from Semarang will be contacted to check availaatl16 a.m.on 16am or 15pm. Apart from that, a rundown has been prepared that has been agreed upon with the assessors, and it is necessary to hold interview sessions with lecturers, students, alumni, and stakeholders.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Edy Supriyadi, M.Pd., also conveyed several points related to the preparation of field assessments, such as that field assessments from BAN-PT will be carried out on March 16, 2023; it is necessary to make a draft rundown of the event in consultation with BAN-PT assessors; and in the faculty there must be a leader and dean. In addition, the team needs to be trained to answer questions from BAN-PT assessors.

Meanwhile, Prof. Herman Dwi Surjono, Ph.D., as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, said that the assessors who would attend were from the Ganesha University of Education and Semarang State University. The study program must prepare information for assessors and BAN-PT administrators and prepare all the things needed for assessors during the field assessment.

The coordination of field assessment preparation for the PKK Masters program is going well and is expected to help prepare field assessment activities better and optimally.
