UNY Faculty of Engineering Quality Assurance Unit Holds a Workshop on Compilation of Emonev Reports to Support the Completeness of Accreditation Forms for New Study Programs

Penjamu FT UNY - UNY Faculty of Engineering Quality Assurance Unit Organizes Workshop on Preparation of Emonev Reports End of Even Semester 2021/2022 Supporting the Completeness of New Study Program Accreditation Forms. The activity was held on Tuesday 23 August 2022 in the KPLT FT meeting room, 2nd floor.

The workshop began at 10 a.m. and ended at 13 p.m. The dean, the deputy deans for academic and cooperation affairs, general affairs and finance, and student and alumni affairs, as well as the chair of the quality assurance unit, all attended. The report preparation team explained the importance of the 2021-2022 Even Semester Final Emonev Report in supporting the completeness of the new Study Program Accreditation Form. 

Dean of the UNY Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Drs. Herman Dwi Surjono, M.Sc., MT., Ph.D., hoped that with this event, "FT Quality Assurance can process emonev data so that it can be followed up regarding better performance and learning within the UNY Faculty of Engineering."

The Deputy Dean of FT UNY for Academic Affairs and Cooperation also said that there are five study programs that have been approved by the faculty to apply for international accreditation, and this must be immediately organized and facilitated. Forms related to the study programs that will be submitted for international accreditation must also be prepared.

"There are around 2,000 more students in FT, but there are still many students who are late in filling out emonev; this also needs to be improved in the future," he concluded.

The implementation of the preparation of the 2021/2022 Even Semester End Emotional Report is expected to become a supporting document for the completeness of the new Study Program Accreditation Form, besides that there are several other objectives that are expected from the results of this activity Apart from the preparation of the 2021-2022 Even Semester Final Emonev Report, it is hoped that it will also become a document supporting accreditation for all study programs in the Faculty of Engineering and achieving overall digitalization of emonev within the Faculty of Engineering.
