Quality assurance unit work coordination

Penjamu FT UNY - The Faculty of Engineering Quality Assurance Unit held an online work coordination meeting on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. The meeting resulted in several important decisions related to program development and quality assurance at the Yogyakarta State University Faculty of Engineering.

One of the results of the meeting minutes was the haste of a workshop for ASIIN reports. In addition, there was discussion about the preparation of the learning load and the activity of compiling the ASIIN report, which consisted of five activities with 125 snack boxes prepared.

During the meeting, monitoring of the achievements of each study program was also discussed, and the audience was invited to convey the achievements and provisional scores of each lecturer. In addition, students also provide input regarding this matter.

To simplify the monitoring process, GPM will prepare e-rapots, which will be sent to each lecturer. The emonev monitoring program will also be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 09.00 WIB.

There is also a report on student learning load in the last two years submitted by Mrs. Diyah. A team will also be formed to write special reports on ASIIN study programs.

Apart from that, the coordination meeting also discussed K3 and the use of helmets, as well as plans to hold a dress rehearsal on March 15 without inviting Pak Kastam. Meanwhile, the online monitoring and evaluation division meeting will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Finally, the Faculty of Engineering will also prepare the SPMI Award after AL, with funding sources from the UPPS.
