Activities for Compilation of Supporting Survey Reports for the 2022 Prodi Accreditation Visitation Preparation

Penjamu FT UNY - The activity of compiling a survey report supporting the preparation for study program accreditation visits in 2022, which is organized by the Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Engineering at Yogyakarta State University, is an important stage in the preparation of study programs to take part in accreditation visits. Through this activity, the survey report preparation team will collect, process, and present the data obtained from the previous survey to the dean, all staff, study program lecturers, and all students.

This activity was held on Friday, November 4, 2022, starting at 09.00 WIB and lasting until 14.00 WIB in the KPLT Meeting Room Floor 2. This activity was attended by the dean, represented by Deputy Dean 1 and Deputy Dean 3, the chair of quality assurance, the team compiling the survey report, as well as all study program staff and lecturers involved in the survey.

In this activity, the survey report preparation team presented the results of the survey that had been carried out previously to the dean and all staff and lecturers of the study programs involved. The survey results are based on data obtained from a survey of students, alumni, lecturers, staff, and other parties related to the study program.

The survey results cover all aspects that are considered important in accreditation visits, such as completeness of facilities, quality of service, student satisfaction, completeness of academic documents, lecturer performance, and others. Thus, the activity of compiling this survey report is an important stage in the preparation of study programs to take part in the 2022 accreditation visitation.

After the presentation of the survey results was completed, the dean and all staff and lecturers of the study programs involved provided comments and suggestions regarding the survey results. Furthermore, the survey report preparation team will perfect the survey report in accordance with the responses and suggestions given before finally submitting the survey report to the dean as material for consideration in the preparation of the study program to complete supporting documents related to preparations for the study program accreditation visitation at the Faculty of Engineering, UNY.
