UPM FT UNY - On Monday, December 18, 2023, the Faculty of Engineering of Yogyakarta State University held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) which included a Follow-up Results Monitoring meeting (RMHTL) related to Emonev and Internal Quality Audit (AMI) activities. The event was held in the 3rd Floor Hall Room, KPLT, attended by 42 participants.

The RMHTL agenda included various important points aimed at improving the quality of service and faculty performance. One of the main points was the evaluation of the results of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) conducted at Yogyakarta State University (UNY), including feedback from stakeholders as well as the performance of processes involving services and lecturers at UNY.

Remarks from the Dean emphasized the importance of AMI and Emonev activities as a means to improve quality at the Faculty of Engineering. He also emphasized the hope that each study program can make continuous improvements.

The Head of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) explained that the RTM is an important stage in quality improvement, focusing on the findings by the auditor. An in-depth discussion is conducted on each finding to formulate effective follow-up actions.

In the discussion, several important findings were identified, including issues related to the output of the tridharma of higher education, research, and patents. The corrective action plan developed by management covers various aspects, ranging from improving research output to system integration at the university level.

Each finding has a designated person in charge, including the Dean, Vice Dean, and relevant Study Programs. The conclusion of the RTM emphasizes the need for concerted efforts in improving quality through the implementation of appropriate and measurable corrective actions.

Thus, the RTM and RMHTL organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University is a form of commitment in improving the quality of education and services, and is a strategic step in achieving higher quality standards.
