Workshop & Socialization of UNY Accreditation Information System

The Quality Assurance Team of FT UNY together with UPT Puskom, held a socialization of the UNY Accreditation Information System which is already based on IT services or can be done online (29/03) at the KPLT Conference Room, 2nd floor. The event was attended by the Quality Assurance Team and Heads of Study Programs at the Faculty of Engineering. In the past, everything had to be done manually or had to carry a lot of files, and come directly to the place we needed or we were going to, but in the age of sophisticated technology like now, everything can be accessed online from anywhere using only a cellphone or laptop.

Vice Dean I, in his remarks said that with the IT-based UNY Accreditation Information System, it is hoped that it can facilitate the performance of study programs in the Faculty of Engineering, both lecturers and education personnel in preparing accreditation submissions. The event continued with material and discussion sessions with resource persons Aam Abraham, S.Si. and Efi Laila Latifah, S.Kom. staff from Puskom. The resource person said that, "With this IT-based UNY Accreditation Information System, there are many uses obtained, including: to view and access data on the number of students (interest, active students, graduates); to view student achievement data; to view GPA data and the length of the student study period, to view staffing data for both lecturers and education personnel; to view research data, to view data on infrastructure that supports academic and non-academic activities."
