Workshop on Preparation of ASIIN Accredited Join SAR Documents
Penjamu FT UNY - On Friday, February 24, 2023, a workshop was held on the preparation of the ASIIN Accreditation Joint SAR Documents in the KPLT Meeting Room, Floor 2, Faculty of Engineering, UNY. The activity starts at 09.00 WIB and ends at 15.00 WIB.
This activity was attended by the head of the UNY engineering faculty, the head of the faculty quality assurance unit, and the team, as well as the ASIIN form preparation team.
At the event, Prof. Dr. Ir. Edy Supriyadi, M.Pd., conveyed a number of things, including the documents required for ASIIN accreditation, namely the ASIIN version of the Curriculum, Module Handbook, Staff Handbook, Course Portfolio, Student Final Assignment, SKPI Graduates, and an equipped website. Each study program will receive funds of $25 million for ATK and consumption in coordination with finance. The plan to submit ASIIN accreditation is planned for January, and the planned timeline will be completed by the end of March.
Dr. Ir. Apri Nuryanto, S.Pd., S.T., and M.T., said that data at the faculty level must be completed immediately, while at the study program level it will be completed. The timeline must also be agreed upon for when it should be completed. Is the IDR 25 million fund specifically for the preparation of the ASIIN form only or up to the field assessment
Handaru Jati, ST., M.M., M.T., Ph.D., said that the point of an outcome-based curriculum is that it must follow what ASIIN has set; if it is not followed, there will be many problems. There will be many recommendations later. Accreditation is not full; it is only valid for one year. UNY's engineering faculty must be internationally worthy. The report is in the form of a joint SAR, so there must be a lot of agreements and understandings. We follow the guidelines. At first glance, there are those who have not followed; is it because of a different understanding or because they are not yet complete? The drawback of joining SAR is that if there is one study program whose grades are not good, then other study programs will also have the same impact. Provide academic documents converted to English.
Wisnu Rachmad Prihadi, M.Pd., also conveyed a number of things related to the final project, including the amount that needed to be prepared and the SKPI that had to be made. SSC must be equated with the guide, and the amount must be equated with the guide.
The activity went well, and the participants were given a good understanding regarding the preparation of the ASIIN Accreditation Join SAR document. All parties are committed to completing it properly according to the agreed timeline.
