On Monday, 13, 2023, Yogyakarta State University (UNY) held an ASIIN Accreditation Coordination activity. The activity was attended by faculty leaders, heads of quality assurance units, and ASIIN accreditation teams. This activity took place from 10:00 WIB to 12:00 WIB in the KPLT Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Engineering, UNY.

This activity was organized by the Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University. In this activity, Prof. Dr. Ir. Edy Supriyadi, M.Pd., conveyed several things related to the CTR for ASIIN, and several questions regarding the CTR were only asked to Mrs. WD. He also said that hosts were asked to prepare this accreditation because it was relatively new when the AL was offline. In addition, he highlighted the importance of achieving KPIs in study programs that achieve international accreditation. He also discussed the mechanism for conducting workshops, which would later be followed by study programs to follow up on the workshops. The work on joint SAR and the preparation of study program forms were carried out in parallel. Workshops are planned to be held twice at the faculty level.

In addition, Dr. Umi Rochayati, M.T., also gave some of his views related to handbook making. He stressed the importance of the first workshop related to curriculum, assessment, and handbooks. Join SAR will also be sent to ASIIN. The first workshop will be held at the faculty level, the second workshop in each study program, and the third workshop at the faculty level again. Graduate profiles, curriculum maps, and the presentation of relationships between courses were also discussed in this activity. Apart from that, there is an evaluation of disabilities in academic regulations that must be carried out.

Bonita Destiana, M.Pd., in his view, suggests from the central host level to bill per PIC, for example, a shortage. PTSP study program website updates; PTEI graduates have education administrators who need to be cross-checked. Machines and autos have not yet been seen. The PTI handbook is still in Indonesian, and the presentation is not neat. The ASIIN version of the curriculum also needs to be reviewed by the study program.

Dr. Ir. Bayu Rahmat Setiadi, S.Pd., M.Pd., also gave his views regarding working twice the study program. He suggested that for each criterion, there are study programs; for example, one criterion has five study programs. Apart from that, he stressed the importance of choosing home-based courses as well as preparing a time line of activities.

Finally, Ir. Yosep Efendi, S.Pd., M.Pd., emphasizing the importance of the five criteria, which are a quality assurance system from the university to the faculties, needs to be translated into organizational structure. In addition, it is necessary to describe the AMI report for each study program in English and only include the link. Then he also added that it was necessary to attach document data on demonev statistics, surveys, AMI, and tracer studies requested for the last 3 years (2020, 2021, and 2022).

It is hoped that the implementation of ASIIN Accreditation Coordination activities can facilitate the process of completing and preparing for ASIIN Accreditation, which will soon be implemented.
