Technical Preparation for the Implementation of the Masters Field Assessment in Family Welfare Education

Penjamu FT UNY - The Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, held a technical preparation meeting for the implementation of the PKK Masters Field Assessment on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, in the KPLT Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Engineering, UNY. This activity was attended by participants in the Technical Preparation for the Implementation of the PKK Masters Field Assessment.

In the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ir. Edy Supriyadi said that there would be two assessors from BAN PT and one BAN PT administrator who would be present on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. They would come to the university first before heading to the faculty. To prepare for their presence, Mr. Tri will prepare a driver at the airport, and the driver will wait at the rectorate.

In addition, on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, room settings for the assessment will also be carried out, including preparation of the place, air conditioning, LCD, large TV, consumption, study program website, edurom, and finding the nearest user. Users can also use zoom to follow these activities.

The dress rehearsal will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. by inviting Mrs. Prof. Muti or Mr. Zainur as assessors. A notification letter will also be given to the faculty library and LPTK.

Mr. Tri also provided information that Mrs. Prihastuti and Mrs. Emy were ready to help, but a fleet was needed. Ms. Manda will also prepare 10 portions for the assessor's buffet. The alumni, students, and users who will be invited are Mrs. Sri Gandini and Prof. Kokom. They will prepare the drivers, Mas Toro and Mas Hartantob.

Bu Ning also added that a video would be prepared and that there would be an interview session between students, alumni, and educational staff. Administrators of the Faculty Library and Central Library will also be invited to attend the event.
