FT UNY Quality Assurance Organizes Study Program Management Unit Development Activities Through Quality Assurance Benchmarking with UNS

Penjamu FT UNY - FT UNY Quality Assurance Organizes Study Program Management Unit Development Activities On August 27, 2022, activities will be held from 08.30 WIB to 08.30 WIB as part of quality assurance benchmarking with Sebelas Maret University (UNY). 14.00 WIB and was held online through Zoom Meeting. 

This activity was attended by resource persons who were invited directly from Sebelas Maret University (UNY), namely Mr. Ir. Ubaidillah, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D. and activities were also attended online by the Dean, Deputy Dean for Academic and Cooperation Affairs, Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Chair of the Quality Assurance Unit, and the Quality Assurance Group Team within the UNY Faculty of Engineering.

According to Mrs. Dr. Umi Rochayati, M.T., Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, Faculty of Engineering, UNY, there are several points expected by carrying out this activity, namely:

• Make efforts on how to develop and improve study program management units through quality assurance benchmarking, then how to improve quality culture and prepare for international accreditation within the Faculty of Engineering, which has been mandated by the university.
• In 2022, several study programs in the Faculty of Engineering will be given a mandate by the university to apply for international accreditation.
• The activity that has been carried out is conducting a curriculum review directed at an OBE-based curriculum.
• It is hoped that the material presented by Mr. Ir. Ubaidillah, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., can provide best practices to the FT Quality Assurance Unit for International Accreditation readiness.
• With this benchmarking activity, it is hoped that the study program coordinator and quality assurance can prepare what is needed regarding international accreditation.
