Coordination of the Preparation of ASIIN Support Student Study Load Reports

Penjamu FT UNY - The Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Engineering has held an activity for Coordinating the Preparation of ASIIN Support Student Learning Load Reports, which is carried out online via Zoom on Monday, March 27, 2023, from 09.30 to 11.30 WIB. This activity was attended by 10 participants, consisting of Study Program Coordinators and GPM.

At the meeting, Dr. Umi Rochayati, MT, as head of the quality assurance unit, gave several important points, including looking at the learning load on 5 study programs so that the 5th made learning load documents, GPM made study loads, the 2022 semester was odd for the cut of data, Emonev added 3 questions on question items 16, 19, and 20, the mechanism is the same only changing the year, shortening per subject, the cover asks for Mas Ade's help, the target is to make a study load report until April 1, 2023, and Friday, we will monitor whether there are difficulties in compiling.

Meanwhile, Bonita Destiana, M.Pd., as the secretary of the quality assurance unit, provides information on how to download and calculate the number of students who fill in the study load via the link https://survey.uny.ac.id/emonev-pbm/hasil-tambahan-emonev. Apart from that, question number 20 is a bit difficult because there is a number input, the independent load for 2 credits is around 60 minutes ideally, and the data is as is. Enter survey.uny.ac.id, then use additional emonev, log in using the host account, select an odd semester, and take the selected product.

On this occasion, additional information was also conveyed that the emonev and AMI reports had been sent to Mrs. Dyah, but until now they had not been completed, so for study workloads, please, sir or madam, prepare a study load report using English. The target date for preparing the study load report is April 1, 2023, and monitoring will be carried out on Friday, March 31, 2023, to see if there are any difficulties in preparing it.
