Audit and Monev Division Work Coordination UNY Faculty of Engineering Quality Assurance Unit
Penjamu FT UNY - The Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, held a work coordination meeting for the Audit and Monev Division on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. The meeting was held online via Zoom and was attended by 14 people from the Audit and Monev Division.
Prof. Dr. Ir. Edy Supriyadi, M.Pd., said that audit and monev are very important components of several programs in the faculty. The audit aims to take pictures of program implementation, constraints, and evaluation and will provide recommendations for follow-up actions for programs that need them. He also emphasized that the faculty needs to continue to innovate in order to exist, considering that many civil servants will retire in the next five years.
Muh. Munir, M.Pd., reported that Mbak Amel regularly conducts e-Monev activities, plus Mr. Yuwono this year. GPM was asked to send an e-rapot, and the Tracer Study is still being handled by Ms. Indri. In addition, AMI will be carried out by the PIC center's Pak Beni and Mrs. Akhsin in September. An e-survey will be conducted in February for monitoring and in September for reports. The PICs for this activity are Mbak Asri and Pak Anggun. Khusni will carry out a quality audit of study program performance in November.
Husna, S.Pd., and M.Pd. provided information that filling in e-Monev for PBM at the beginning of the new odd semester would be carried out in December, and Mbak Amel had not been able to see the e-rapot of each GPM. Mr. Munir's suggestion was to conduct a workshop to make e-rapot like Mbak Akhsin's e-rapot.
Bonita Destiana, M.Pd., provides input so that the e-Monev implementation at the beginning of the even semester is not carried out in December because it has something to do with the CTR. He also proposed a socialization timeline for filling out e-surveys in other faculties.
Yuniar Indrihapsari, M.Eng., added that there were additions to the GPA and gender aspects in the e-survey and tried to find out whether the GPA affected the speed of getting a job, position in work, and salary. He also asked for annual data from Mas Dani for the last five years to see if there had been an increase in salary.
Beni Tri Sasongko, S.T. M. Eng., conveys the obstacles in the AMI report, namely the incomplete findings and suggestions for improvement. He suggested that less value be given to the findings and suggestions for improvement so that the report preparer can do a better analysis.
Apart from that, the meeting also discussed the need to make socialization letters for filling out e-surveys, monitoring filling out e-surveys, and preparing e-survey reports by Mrs. Asri and Mr. Anggun. All of this information will be useful for improving the quality of programs at the Faculty of Engineering in the future.
