ASIIN Accreditation Join SAR Document Finalization Workshop
Penjamu FT UNY - On Monday, March 13, 2023, the quality assurance unit of the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, held a workshop on the finalization of the ASIIN Accreditation Join SAR Document. This activity was attended by 35 participants and took place from 09.00 to 16.00 WIB in the KPLT Meeting Room, 2nd floor, faculty of engineering, the university.
On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Ir. Edy Supriyadi, M.Pd., as Vice Dean for Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni at FT UNY conveyed his hope that Asiin AL can be carried out smoothly, and with this accreditation, it is hoped that it can increase the quality level of the five study programs participating in this activity. In addition, he also hopes that the documents will be completed and submitted to the hosting directorate soon.
Dr. Umi Rochayati, MT, as head of the quality assurance unit, explained that the JOIN SAR was carried out because she received a warning from Mrs. Diah and Budiah received a bill from the rector that ASIIN must be submitted immediately. The goal is that, after the joint SAR finalization, these documents can be submitted for further processing. In addition, he also said that the handbook module must be in English, and the document must be submitted to the hosting directorate for translation.
Dr. Ir. Apri Nuryanto, S.Pd., S.T., M.T., provided input that in the last semester the conversion pattern was used, but the curriculum that had been carried out was not recognized by the Ministry (considered not an MBKM course). Therefore, the conversion to the study program itself is equivalent to Apart from that, he also provided input regarding the percentage of non-DIK and DIK FTs.
Handaru Jati, S.T. M.M., M.T. Ph.D., conveyed the importance of agreeing in advance regarding the process of preparing the SARS before carrying out the work on document adjustments. He also provides a solution to just change the course code so that the acquisition of study program courses becomes easier.
Nurkhamid, S.Si., M.Kom., Ph.D., said that the IT study program for preparing accreditation documents followed international accreditation that had been carried out previously. He said that the documents needed at this time were complete, and it was only a matter of adjusting to the documents needed at this time.
Dr. Phil Mashoedah, S.Pd., M.T., said that his party would continue regarding any documents that needed to be corrected, synchronize them on the web, and adjust them to the existing curriculum. He also added that for documents in English, curriculum descriptions had not yet been translated.
